Beautiful, Elegant, Exquisite!! The Joshua was a great find in Eastgate, Barnsley just of Regent St.. It's just behind the Cooper Gallery! This has got to be the finest place in Barnsley for anyone who seeks the finest in daytime dining.. The Prawn Cocktail looked delicious and so did the home made Pie.. My Cheesecake was delicious and the way it was presented deserves a clear 10/10.. Highly Recommended

What a great place, difficult to find if you don't know where it is, (could do with an A board outside) but a hidden gem ! Plenty of choice food wise I had the home made quiche delish! Immaculately clean, lovely friendly service. Afternoon tea looked good. Will definitely be back.

My 7 sisters and myself all went and had afternoon tea. A lovely selection of sandwiches , savouries and cakes available, tea and coffee available. Lovely friendly staff nothing was too much trouble for them . Very comfortable place , very clean and tidy would definitely recommend

Absolutely beautiful festive cream tea. A delightful selection of sandwiches, sausage rolls to die for (and I don't usually like them ), tasty quiche, selection of crisps, 3 lovely cheeses with crackers and sweet grapes, mince pies, xmas cake, cream and jam scones,and melon boats with other fruit. Excellent value and gorgeous presentation. Will definitely be having again, it's a lovely treat. Forgot to mention the fab cheese cake too !!
